On the name
Arka (अर्क) is Sanskrit for essence, sun, ray. Nord is north. Together, ArkaNord reflects a cross-border perspective applied with patience, discipline, and respect to Nordic businesses.
Manish has spent more than two decades inside global technology firms, working across continents and sectors, including Communication Service Providers, Automotive, Manufacturing, and Industrial Field Services. His operating experience spans Product & Technology leadership, Sales growth & Commercial management, Transformation initiatives, across areas such as 5G, IoT, cloud, and Connected Vehicles.
Alongside his operating career, Manish has built a growing base of investment and mentoring experience in scale-ups and small and medium-sized businesses. Manish is active in the Nordic investor and founder ecosystem, including angel investor networks, industry associations and business owners community.

Indicative range
Within two weeks of receiving basic financials, we share an indicative valuation range and the structure we would propose. Clear numbers, plain language.
Confirmatory diligence
Six to eight weeks. A small senior team — focused, not exhaustive. We confirm what you told us.
Closing
If material facts change during diligence, we discuss them transparently and directly towards new price & terms. Else, the price agreed at LOI is the price we close at.
After close
We honour employees & customers continuity. We work alongside you.
How acquisitions are funded
We structure each acquisition on a deal-by-deal basis, combining founder capital, aligned private investors, seller alignment and bank financing where appropriate. We have built relationships across the Nordic investor and business community, including angel investor networks, business owners, advisors, and commercial banks. We engage financing partners early so that any proposal is realistic, transparent, and executable.
